Returns Policy

We highly recommend all consumers read our Returns Policy prior to making a purchase.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the order is deemed eligible, the refund will be processed back to the same payment method that as originally used to make the purchase and will only be issued when the item(s) have been returned to us.

We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Please note that shipping cost is only refundable if the return is the result of our own error such as a faulty or incorrect product. If the return is issued due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for all delivery costs.

In addition, a fee may apply where the goods have diminished in value through usage that extends beyond what is necessary to inspect features and characteristics

Online Returns Exclusions

We are unable to offer a refund or an exchange if the goods fall under any of the following precedents.

  • Goods have been removed from packaging in the interest of hygiene: mattresses, pillows, bedlinen, duvets, men or hair care, electric blankets, and any personal care items.
  • Any kitchen appliance where installation and any level of usage has occurred.
  • Any technology purchased such as Remotes, Headsets, or any purchases with a tamper proof seal.
  • Any faults that are the result of accident, misuse, neglect, wear and tear or failure to follow given instructions.

We recommend that you inspect all purchases upon arrival / collection to ensure you are completely satisfied and there are no noticeable faults.

Please note: This only applies to online purchases and in-store purchases could be subject to different criteria.

Online Refunds Policy

Refunds can be made via the method of payment used to make the online purchase. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of the receipt of the returned goods or cancellation of the order.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange Service

For an exchange please email with the following details 

1.An order number

2.The item you received and

3.The item you require

Step 1: Please ensure all the tags are attached to the item: we will not exchange or refund items without tags or original packing.

Step 2 : Post the item you wish to exchange back to our store using the address found on the top right of your invoice. Please enclose a copy of your invoice.

Make sure to include proof of purchase and instructions for the exchange.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send out the replacement.

Please note exchanges can take up to 7 working days depending on stock. 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund we will deduct a shipping cost of €6.95

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Your Consumer Rights

Consumer contracts are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 (as amended) (“the Act”) and other applicable legislation. Under the Act, the purchaser of goods has several rights, including that:

  • (a) goods must be of merchantable quality – goods should be of reasonable quality taking into account what they are meant to do, their durability and their price.
  • (b) goods must be fit for their purpose – they must do what they are reasonably expected to do.
  • (c) goods must be as described - the buyer must not be misled into buying something by the description of goods or services given orally by a salesperson or an advertisement.

These rights cannot be excluded and are in addition to any extended warranty you may purchase or any voluntary manufacturer’s warranty you may be given.

There may be circumstances where you are not entitled to a remedy.
